What is Lesco spray?
The Chemlawn spray gun from Lesco is our most popular blanket application gun. The Chemlawn gun features a locking trigger and interchangeable nozzles to easily control product application rate. The Chemlawn gun is sold without a nozzle and comes with a 3/4″ MPT x 1/2″ barb fitting.
Why do pump sprayers stop working?
The operation of a pump spray bottle depends on a spring-loaded plastic piston operated either by a trigger or a vertical pump mechanism. If your sprayer doesn’t work, it’s either because the nozzle is blocked, the piston seal is damaged or the inner tube isn’t immersed in fluid.
Why is my sprayer losing pressure?
This could be due to a split non-return valve, located at the base of the pump mechanism or perished washers and seals. If no pressure is felt then the sprayer isn’t getting pressure in the first place, so the most probable cause is a faulty, missing or dry plunger O-ring or leaking non return valve.
How do you fix a spray bottle that won’t spray?
Unblocking the Nozzle If the nozzle was too tight, your sprayer may now be working. If not, unscrew and remove the cap and hold it under hot, running water or immerse it in vinegar, then use a pin to poke a hole in any blockage in the nozzle itself. If your bottle contains hairspray, soak the nozzle in alcohol.
What causes a pump sprayer to stop working?
Make sure the lid is on tight or else your sprayer will not operate properly. Operate the pump by twisting to unlock the handle and pump about 20 times to pressurize your sprayer. Unscrew the nozzle on the end of the spray gun and screw the plastic extension onto the spray gun. Make sure all your connections are tight.
