I did the conversion to use a Fisher SPR4 refill with a couple of Zebra F-701 pens and it works perfectly. After removing the plastic insert from the pen’s tip use a razor blade to cut off the narrowest portion (about 2mm) of the plastic tip to allow for the larger Fisher refill.
