What is the importance of mothers in Islam?
So if we sum up the whole topic we understand, the mothers are the guardian of the whole family at home. However, it is utmost duty of every child to respect their mothers. Since it is the hadith of Allah’s messenger (SAW), “Be kind with your mother.”

The words for ‘mother’ in Arabic are “Umm” (أم) and “Waleda” (والدة) However, in the Arabic language, a word may have many synonyms. But, no two are exactly the same. Each word has its uniqueness. A good example for this is ‘mother’ in Arabic.

What does the prophet say about parents?
Holy Prophet (PBUH) said in a Hadith about parents: “Goodness towards the parents is an indication of a person’s excellent cognizance of Allah. This is because no worship can take a person towards the happiness of Allah faster than exhibiting respect towards his Muslim parents for the sake of Allah.”
What is the value of mother?
Mothers are one of the first indications of the sovereignty of God in our lives. Mothers teach us to have confidence and belief in ourselves. Mothers knew from experience how important for people to believe in themselves in order for children to be whole, strong and grow with a healthy estimation of oneself.
