In my opinion Zermatt is a lovely town and worth the visit. Interlaken is nice however, you are so close to the Lauterbrunnen valley with both mountain towns of Murren and Wengen on each side of the valley. If you want beautiful views it is a shame for you to miss this area. Unfortunately, you have only two days.
