The Opteka 650-1300mm lens is overall a good buy in my opinion, but there are a few things to note before buying it. It’s a lens for amerture photographers who want to get a handle on long-range photography without mortgaging their house to pay for it. I used my Canon 70D with the Opteka for this review.

What are jintu lenses like?
You do need a tripod and shutter remote to get good clear pictures because any movement will blur your pictures obviously being a telephoto lense. I am very impressed with the picture quality. You can’t go wrong with this lense for the price and I definately recommend.
Does opteka work with Canon?
Only issue was and this may apply to those with canon cameras the camera adapter is built more for Nikon and is very tight on the canon range….
