Thanks Denis, My 6555b Probooks are great. This model replaced it just recently with a completly different keyboard layout. Barry, I dont think that is the issue just because it takes 5 shift key strokes to turn it on and it has a pop up letting you know. It also doesn’t account for the missing characters when they type.
