Is Sears the worst place to buy appliances?

Do not buy at Sears, if you must please forgo the warranty. It has absolutely no value. Just like their delivery, they play with the customer when it comes time to actually make repairs to an appliance or replacing it because they have bungled the service. They are the absolute worst.
